Pan fried pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 choped green pepper
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes and juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Rub the salt and pepper into the chops and set for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat the eggs and milk together. Dip the chops in the egg mixture and roll in the bread crumbs.
  3. Brown the chops in hot grease, turning only once. Remove.
  4. Drain the grease from the skillet, leaving 2 tablespoons. Add the flour and brown. Mix in the water, green pepper, onion, tomatoes and juice. Place the chops back in the pan.
  5. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
