Fried pea fritter patty recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked field peas
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Directions
- Combine all the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Mix into the dry ingredients and gently add in the peas.
- Drop by a spoon into 3/4 inch hot fat and fry until golden brown.
