Southern fried potato recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Slice the potatoes 1/2 inch thick and cover with water.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and place in a small paper bag.
- Drop the potatoes, a few slices at a time, in the bag and shake to coat.
- Deep fry the potato slices in hot grease until golden brown.
