- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp season salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 cups fresh green beans, cleaned and trimmed
- Heat the olive oil and margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
- Combine season salt, lemon juice and garlic powder. Toss green beans in lemon juice mixture.
- Cook until the beans are tender but still a bit crunchy, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Salt & pepper to taste.
