Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp season salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, cleaned and trimmed

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil and margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine season salt, lemon juice and garlic powder. Toss green beans in lemon juice mixture.
  3. Cook until the beans are tender but still a bit crunchy, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Salt & pepper to taste.
