Marinated and deep fried frog leg recipe.
Ingredients
- 8 frog legs
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Combine the lemon juice, water, 1/2 the salt, and pepper and marinate the frog legs for 1 hour.
- Combine 1/4 cup of the flour and combine with the remaining ingredients.
- Dip the frog legs in the mixture and roll in the remaining flour. Cover and fry in hot fat until tender. Uncover and lightly brown.
