Marinated and deep fried frog leg recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 frog legs
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Combine the lemon juice, water, 1/2 the salt, and pepper and marinate the frog legs for 1 hour.
  2. Combine 1/4 cup of the flour and combine with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Dip the frog legs in the mixture and roll in the remaining flour. Cover and fry in hot fat until tender. Uncover and lightly brown.
