Ingredients
- 4 slices country ham
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Soak the ham in the milk for 30 minutes. Rinse with water. Slice the ham into small slices.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and fry ham until browned on both sides.
