Strawberry and jello dessert pie.
- 1 tablespoon strawberry Jello, plus 1 cup hot water
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- Baked Pie shell
- Combine the cornstarch, Jello and hot water in a saucepan. Heat on medium until thickened. Remove from the heat and mix in the strawberries. Cool.
- Pour into the crust and chill until ready to serve.
