Fresh Strawberry Jello Pie

Strawberry and jello dessert pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon strawberry Jello, plus 1 cup hot water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Baked Pie shell

Directions

  1. Combine the cornstarch, Jello and hot water in a saucepan. Heat on medium until thickened. Remove from the heat and mix in the strawberries. Cool.
  2. Pour into the crust and chill until ready to serve.
