Easy spinach salad with bacon and eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 2 small red onions
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
- Destem and wash the spinach in lukewarm water. Pat dry. Tear into bite sized pieces. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
