This fresh and invigorating parsley sauce is amazing tossed with hot pasta or drizzled over grilled fish.

- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh parsley sprigs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1-1/2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place the parsley sprigs, salad oil, wine vinegar, water, garlic cloves, dry mustard, salt and pepper into a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
