  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh parsley sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1-1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Place the parsley sprigs, salad oil, wine vinegar, water, garlic cloves, dry mustard, salt and pepper into a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
