This marinade works exceptionally well with shrimp, fish and tofu. Make sure to use freshly squeezed oranges and fresh ginger and garlic for intense flavor and aroma.
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons finely grated garlic (about 4 cloves)
- 2 teaspoons finely grated peeled ginger
- Sea salt
- Place the orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl and whisk vigorously until blended. Use the marinade immediately.
