Healthy, nourishing and energizing enjoy this fresh orange juice and cantaloupe pick-me-up beverage for breakfast. Because the entire orange is used in this blend, and not just the juice, this drink contains valuable fiber as well as vitamin c.

Ingredients

  • 1 large orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 small cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 large lemon, peeled and seeded
  • Crushed ice

Directions

  1. Place the orange, cantaloupe and lemon into a blender, add the crushed ice, and then process the mixture until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass and serve immediately.
