This smoothie, made with 4 different kinds of fruit, is both refreshing and delicious. Enjoy one for breakfast or as a midday snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 cups of ice

Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
