Use this herb mix on top of baked potatoes, meats and vegetables for added fresh flavor.
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 2 teaspoons finely shredded lemon peel
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and stir to blend.
- Use immediately (preferred) or store in a tightly-lidded glass jar for 1 day in the refrigerator.
