- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup corn
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup homemade or prepared Italian Dressing
- Place the tomatoes, corn, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper into a salad bowl, and the pour over the dressing. Gently toss the mixture to combine and serve.
