Slow cooked cod and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushroom
  • 2 pounds fresh cod fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix together the first 3 ingredients in the slow cooker. Arrange the cod on top of the mixture and drizzle it with the butter and salt.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2-3 hours.
