Slow cooked cod and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushroom
- 2 pounds fresh cod fillets
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix together the first 3 ingredients in the slow cooker. Arrange the cod on top of the mixture and drizzle it with the butter and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2-3 hours.
