- 4 oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned
- 2 grapefruit, peeled, seeded and sectioned
- 1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 pint lemon sherbet
- combine the oranges, grapefruit and pineaspple in a bowl.
- Cover and chill.
- Divide fruite into 8 sherbet glasses.
- Top each serving with a scoop of sherbet.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
