A light and refreshing watermelon and creme de cassis summer cocktail.
Ingredients
- 5 cups roughly chopped watermelon, yellow or red (seeds removed)
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 ounces creme de cassis
Directions
- Blend everything but the liqueur together until liquified. Strain into a pitcher, allow to strain slowly, do not push it along. Skim any foam off the top, stir in the liqueur. Serve over ice.
