Try this yummy dish for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions
- In small bowl with rotary beater, beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt until smooth.
- In a 9 inch square baking dish, arrange bread in single layer.
- pour egg mixture over bread.
- Turn to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate over night.
- Melt butter in skillet, saute bread until golden, about 4 minutes on each side, adding butter as needed.
- Remove from skillet, dust lightly with confectioners sugar and serve.
