Mushroom and onion soup flavored rice.
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 can onion soup, plus 1 can water
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped mushrooms
- Heat the margarine and lightly brown the rice. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until the liquid has absorbed. Fluff before serving.
