Thick and frosty lemon blended cocktail.

Ingredients

1 cup ice
1 cup lemon sherbet, softened
2 ounces vodka
1 1/2 ounces creme de cassis

Directions

Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
