Slow cooked beef roast for French dip sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef roast, fat trimmed
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans French onion soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
  • 6 French rolls, toasted
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Place the roast in the slow cooker. Stir in the soup and broth. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  2. Slice the meat and serve on the rolls topped with cheese.
