Slow cooked beef roast for French dip sandwiches.
- 4 pounds beef roast, fat trimmed
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans French onion soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
- 6 French rolls, toasted
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- Place the roast in the slow cooker. Stir in the soup and broth. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Slice the meat and serve on the rolls topped with cheese.
