This cocktail is named after the French Bulldog gin used in this drink. Have your local liquor store help you find the ingredients.

Pour the gin, elderflower cordial and syrup into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
Shake the mixture vigorously for 5 seconds and then strain into a martini glass.
Carefully pour in the crème de cassis so it sinks to the bottom, and then garnish the cocktail with the sage leaves and serve.
