Image a hot, fragrant loaf of French Bread Monterey next to a delicious pasta dish. Makes your mouth water, right?
- 1 long loaf French bread
- butter, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread surfaces with butter. Bake bread at 350 degrees F until heated through.
- Mix next 4 ingredients together in bowl. Spread cheese mixture on hot bread. Dust with paprika. Bake until delicately browned. Cut crosswise and serve.
