Image a hot, fragrant loaf of French Bread Monterey next to a delicious pasta dish.  Makes your mouth water, right?


  • 1 long loaf French bread
  • butter, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika


  1. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread surfaces with butter. Bake bread at 350 degrees F until heated through.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients together in bowl. Spread cheese mixture on hot bread. Dust with paprika. Bake until delicately browned. Cut crosswise and serve.
