French Beef Stew is thickened with tapioca.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1, 8 ounce can mushrooms
- 4 beef flavored bouillon cubes
- 4 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
Directions
- Combine all ingredients with 3 cups water in large baking pan, mixing well. Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
