- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy
- 1 (7/8 ounce) envelope beef gravy mix
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker and top with onions.
- Combine the gravy and gravy mix in a separate bowl, pour over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 9-11 hours.
