This cocktail is not named after the famous motor company, but actually dates back to 1895 where it was mentioned in the publication Modern American Drinks.

Ingredients

1 ounce gin
1 ounce dry vermouth
3 dashes Bénédictine
3 dashes orange bitters
Lemon twist to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the lemon twist, into a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice.
Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the lemon zest twist and then serve immediately.
