Fool Proof Key Lime Pie is an easy way to make a tangy classic.

Ingredients

  • 1, 9 inch baked pie crust
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Key Lime juice
  • 1, 14 ounce can sweetened, condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime rind
  • 1 1/2 cup whipped cream for garnishing

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into shell. Freeze.
  2. Remove and spread with whipped cream and let sit 5 minutes to soften a bit before serving.
