Fool Proof Key Lime Pie is an easy way to make a tangy classic.
- 1, 9 inch baked pie crust
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 cup Key Lime juice
- 1, 14 ounce can sweetened, condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon grated lime rind
- 1 1/2 cup whipped cream for garnishing
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into shell. Freeze.
