Parmesan and breadcrumb crusted flounder fillets.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound flounder fillets
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs and cheese. Brush the fish with the mayonnaise and coat in the crumb mixture.
  3. Arrange in a shallow pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish easily flakes.
