Parmesan and breadcrumb crusted flounder fillets.
- 1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound flounder fillets
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the breadcrumbs and cheese. Brush the fish with the mayonnaise and coat in the crumb mixture.
- Arrange in a shallow pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish easily flakes.
