This glass of pink perfection is a slightly sweet, cold and refreshing cocktail made with gin, fresh lime juice and raspberry syrup. Top with either ginger ale or ginger beer depending on your own preference.

Ingredients

2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce raspberry syrup
Cold ginger beer or ginger ale
lime peel knot to garnish

Directions

Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice and then add the gin, lime juice and raspberry syrup. Stir gently to combine and then top with the ginger beer. Serve immediately garnished with a lime peel knot.
