Flavorful Sauteed Chicken is easy to make and can be whipped up any time.
- 1/3 cup White Wine Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, cut in large chunks
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- In a large skillet, heat butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add chicken, mushrooms and saute until chicken is lightly browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes.
