Ingredients
- 1 tenderized flank steak
- onion salt
- 1 (12 ounce) can mushroom gravy
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the steak on foil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
- Pour the gravy over the steak and roll up. Wrap in the foil, sealing all edge. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
