- 1/3 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously until the mixture is thoroughly blended.
- Pour the mixture over the meat, flip to coat and then place in the refrigerator, covered, to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
