These shots are quite impressive when set aflame and served. Carefully prepare them in a controlled environment with a fire extinguisher handy.
- 3/4 ounce Amaretto
- 1/4 ounce rum
- Fill a pint glass halfway-full with beer.
- Pour the Amaretto into a shot glass and then top with the rum. Carefully set the rum mixture aflame and then gently drop the shot glass into the glass of beer. Serve immediately.
