Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds stewing beef, cubed
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 large potatoes, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans tomato soup
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Salt and pepper to taste.
