This is a great dish to take to a family gathering or a chruch potluck.
Ingredients
- 3 red snappers cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, cut in pieces
- 1 zucchini squash, unpeeled and sliced
- 1 15 oz can of whole tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
- Stir gently, until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 - 6 hours.
