Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked fish
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons celery, minced
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Saute the onions and pepper in 2 tablespoons of the butter.
- In another pan, melt the remaining butter, stir in the flour. Mix in the milk and blend until smooth and thick.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the fish, to the onions. Add the sauce and stir until well mixed. Add in the fish.
- Spoon into corn shucks and roll and tie at the ends. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes.
