Fish Baked in Butter and Lemon Thyme is tender and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon thyme
  • butter

Directions

  1. Smear a thin layer of butter in a baking dish. Cut the 2 tablespoons of butter into tiny pieces and dot over fillets.
  2. Halve one lemon and squeeze over filets. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and thyme. Bake fish for 10 minutes for each inch of thickness of fish. Garnish with lemon.
