A delightful sparkling punch made with Armagnac, citrus juices and effervescent wine, garnish this delicious mixture with lemon peels and dried cranberries.


  • 16 ounces Armagnac
  • 6 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounces spiced simple syrup
  • 4 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 8 ounces water
  • 8 ounces sparkling wine
  • 16 bar spoons superfine sugar
  • 4 lemon peels to garnish
  • dried cranberries to garnish


  1. Put all of the ingredients, except for the garnishes and sparkling wine, into a punch bowl and then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill.
  2. Garnish the punch with the lemon peels and the cranberries and then add the sparkling wine. Serve in ice-filled glasses.
