This chili recipe is a local firehouse special.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Mexican beans
- 1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can beer
- 1 pound ground round
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions
- In a skillet brown ground round and onions.
- Drain.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cook over medium setting for 10 - 12 hours.
- Add chili powder as desired.
