Saucy slow cooker baby back ribs.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 to 3 pounds baby back pork ribs, cut into serving size pieces
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
Directions
- Season the ribs with pepper and arrange in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs. Cook covered for 6-7 hours on low. Stir the ribs a bit after 3 hours to recoat the ribs with sauce.
