Fettucine alfredo with bacon.
- 1 (8 ounce) package fettucine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Prepare the fettucine according to the package. Drain.
- Heat the cream and garlic in a large saucepan, do not boil. Mix in the pasta, bacon and parsley. Sprinkle with the cheese to serve.
