- 2 8-ounce blocks feta cheese
- 2 cups assorted chucks of peeled fresh tropical fruit, such as kiwifruit, pineapple, papaya, guava, or mango
- Create ‘bowls’ from the feta blocks by using a melon-baller to carefully remove the cheese from the center leaving about 1/2-inch thick sides.
- Place the mixed fruit into the hollowed feta and serve.
