Tamale and chili casserole.
- 1 dozen tamales, wrappers removed
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a casserole dish.
- Place the tamales in the bottom of the dish. Pour the chili over and top with the cheese and onions.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
