Keep Everlasting Brandied Cheese Spread in a sealed crock in the refrigerator. As spread is used, add more cheese, brandy and mustard as desired.
- 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 ounces brandy
- Combine cheese, cream cheese and olive oil in bowl. Add caraway seed, mustard and brandy, mixing well. Store in a sealed crock in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
