Everglades Rice Casserole is a hearty side dish that will compliment any meal.


  • 1 cup white rice, uncooked
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small can mushrooms, sliced and drained


  1. Place rice in a casserole. Pour soups into dish and place mushrooms on top. Slice margarine in small pieces and scattered on top. Cover and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
