Shandys, made by mixing beer with and lemonade or ginger ale, have been popular in England since the 1600s.


  • 1-1/2 cups seltzer
  • 1 beer
  • 2 tablespoons frozen limeade
  • 2 lemon wedges


  1. Place the seltzer, beer and limeade into a small pitcher and mix to combine.
  2. Pour the shandy into 2 chilled glasses, garnish with the lemon wedges and serve immediately.
