A lovely, rose-colored cocktail made with gin, dry vermouth, Parfait Amour, fresh lemon juice and grenadine; enjoy this rich and sweet beverage as a post-dinner drink.

Ingredients

1-3/4 ounces gin
3/4 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce Parfait Amour
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 bar-spoon grenadine syrup
maraschino cherry

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the cherry, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then fine strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the cherry and then serve immediately.
