- 2 Whole wheat English muffins
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Toppings of your choice (mini pepperoni, sliced black olives, chopped red pepper, etc.)
- Slice the English muffins in half
- Top each half with tomato sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.
- Broil until cheese is melty and bubbly.
