Where there's a hot steamy bowl of soup make sure to serve English Muffin Croutons on the side.

Ingredients

6 English Muffins, split
12 slices Mozzarella cheese
sprinkle of garlic salt

Directions

Melt Mozzarella cheese on top on English Muffins in broiler or toaster oven. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cut each half into quarters. Serve with soup.
