Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless beef chuck
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
Directions
- Mix everything together in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
